LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Location: Dayton, Maryland
Job Type: Full Time, Exempt
Pay Range: $50,000–$60,000/year + Commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends as necessary)

And we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and help clients bring their dream outdoor living spaces to life.
This isn’t a “sit-behind-the-desk-and-crank-out-emails” kind of job. You’ll be out meeting homeowners, walking properties, brainstorming with designers, and leading clients through exciting hardscape and outdoor living projects. WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Build genuine relationships with clients and guide them through transforming their outdoor spaces
- Spot new business opportunities and go after them — networking, referrals, community connections, you name it
- Partner with our design and estimating teams to bring bold ideas and beautiful concepts to life
- Present custom proposals and help clients make confident decisions
- Manage your pipeline from first conversation to project kickoff
- Stay involved throughout each project to ensure clients feel supported and excited
- Collaborate with operations and production to keep projects on track and clients informed
- Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity so you’re always one step ahead
- This role combines sales, design collaboration, strategy, and plenty of face-to-face interaction. No two days look the same — and that’s a good thing.

QUALIFICATIONS
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring experience, initiative, and a genuine drive to grow — along with the skills needed to succeed in a fast-moving, relationship-focused design/build environment.
You’re someone who:
- Has a solid background in outside sales, customer service, or project-driven work (3+ years preferred), especially in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or a related field
- Knows hardscape products, installation processes, and outdoor living trends — or is excited to dive in and learn quickly
- Consistently hits sales goals and knows how to manage a pipeline from first “hello” to signed contract
- Loves connecting with people and building long-lasting client relationships
- Communicates clearly and confidently — whether you’re presenting ideas, walking a property, or sending a follow-up
- Stays organized, follows through, and handles multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat
- Brings a relationship-based selling style and enjoys motivating clients with creative solutions
- Thinks proactively, solves problems on the fly, and thrives in a flexible, fast-evolving environment
- Works well both independently and as part of a tight-knit team that has each other’s backs
- Can review plans, proposals, or design drawings — or is ready to learn with our support
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Has experience with LMN or similar CRM/estimating tools (preferred)
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- Has a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
