You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, build real-world business skills, and contribute to a company known for excellence and integrity.
About the role
As the first face and voice of the company, you’ll be more than a receptionist – you’ll be our Director of First Impressions. Your professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail will set the tone for how clients, partners, and visitors experience our company.
Every day will bring variety – from supporting our field team and helping our leadership team stay organized to improving office systems and planning team events. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, welcoming atmosphere where people enjoy coming to work.
This position isn’t just about keeping things running – it’s about building confidence, developing leadership skills, and gaining the foundation to grow your career in business operations, administration, or management.

- Be the first friendly face and voice people encounter when they call or visit our office.
- Handle incoming calls and web inquiries from potential customers and connect them to the right team members.
- Provide administrative support to our field and operations teams — keeping projects, schedules, and communication on track.
- Manage office supplies, technology, and systems to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Respond to emails from customers and vendors with professionalism and care.
- Maintain and organize company records and job folders for upcoming work.
- Enter and update information in our CRM and shared spreadsheets (training provided).
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for company technology and equipment.
- Prepare Miss Utility tickets for upcoming projects.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Jump in to help with special projects, events, or team initiatives — there’s always something new to learn!
This role is a great fit if you love variety, enjoy helping people, and take pride in keeping things organized.
