ELEVATED TERRACE
The backyard was thoughtfully regraded and structured with retaining walls to accommodate the homeowner’s vision for a pool. This approach allowed us to transform a challenging elevation change into a functional, multi-level outdoor space. The result is a terraced layout that feels intentional, balanced, and seamlessly integrated with the home.
WATER FEATURE & TANNING LEDGE
A raised water feature with sheer descents was designed to enhance both the visual presence and acoustic experience of the space. Elevated 18 inches, it creates a strong focal point from both the upper deck and pool area while introducing a calming sound element. The adjacent tanning ledge offers a safe, comfortable place for children to play and for adults to relax in the water.
CUSTOM POOL PATIO & RETAINING WALLS
The pool patio was constructed using large-format Techo-Bloc pavers to establish a clean, modern aesthetic. Surrounding retaining walls were carefully selected in texture and color to complement the paving materials and unify the space. Together, these elements create a cohesive outdoor environment that is both visually striking and highly functional.
