Custom Pool Design – Patio Installation – Landscaping – Hardscaping
Our design and build team was tasked with creating an elegant and functional outdoor space for this custom home built in St. Michaels, Maryland. The mission was to integrate the design of the outdoor living space with the main house while adhering to the environmental regulations set by the county.
This custom pool and pool patio design project showcases our expertise as a custom pool builder and our commitment to integrating luxurious outdoor features seamlessly with the home’s design and natural environment. Combining a luxurious swimming pool and exquisite patio design with the natural beauty of the open bay, we designed and installed a stunning outdoor retreat ideal for relaxation and entertainment.
Custom Pool Design
Central to this outdoor oasis is the exquisite pool, which serves as both a recreational retreat and a visual masterpiece. The design includes a unique tanning ledge, perfect for relaxation and sunbathing, interior seating, and two glass water bowl fountains atop stone piers, adding a dynamic and tranquil water feature.
The strategic placement of the pool allows for unobstructed views of the open bay, creating a serene backdrop that transforms the pool area into a private sanctuary.

Walkways, Hardscaping, and Landscaping
The first impression of this stunning home starts with all of the hardscaping and landscaping elements that give the property its picture-perfect curb appeal. The professionally designed walkway and surrounding landscaping were designed to guide guests to the front door while welcoming them to the rest of the property and its stunning bay views.
Throughout the design and construction process, we gave special attention to the integration of landscaping and hardscaping elements that not only complement the natural surroundings but also adhere to the environmental guidelines set by the county. This included careful planning and consideration of the site’s natural features, preserving the integrity of the local ecosystem while achieving the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
