EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Dayton, Maryland
Job Type: Full Time, Exempt
Pay Range: $55,000 – $57,000 Per Year
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, operational, and sales support to the Executive Team. This role is best suited for a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of multiple priorities. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, supporting sales initiatives, assisting with customer communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Screen, prioritize, and draft communications on behalf of the owner.
- Prepare presentations, contracts, and maintain organized files.
Sales & Client Support
- Draft custom proposals and follow up with clients.
- Maintain CRM notes, track client communication, and support warranty processes.
- Assist with subcontractor coordination and client onboarding.
Operations & Marketing Support
- Coordinate welcome packets, contracts, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Support marketing by gathering project photos, reviews, and assisting with social media and email campaigns.
- Help coordinate promotional shoots and advertising efforts.
Additional Support
- Occasionally assist with personal tasks and errands for the owner.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience supporting executives or sales teams in a service-based industry is a plus.
